The room was nicely updated and neat and provided with a roll away bed or cot, the ceiling of the restroom. The facilities were clean.

The staff, especially Kim during the morning shift, were helpful with our special requests.

The shower head was not functioning properly, made bathing inconvenient.

I made the booking on line. After arriving I was told they had on record of the booking.

Big hype, little substance

I arrived an hour late, yet my room was held for me, nice. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated the easy access to my room. The cleanliness was decent, but some maintenance issues detracted from the experience, such as the low water pressure in the shower. Great beds, though!

This was my really amazing stay on a business trip. Exceptionally clean, great value hotel, the location was marvellous right by the beaches and the mustang beach. The breakfast was above average with variety of food, everybody can choose.

I had a fantastic stay with spacious rooms and awesome breakfast options, especially those make-your-own Belgian waffles! Just wish the WiFi was better though.

The hotel is conveniently near eateries, so grabbing a meal was easy. Plus, the easy check-in process was a huge plus for our family amidst the busyness.

My wife says that the shower water pressure could be better.

We enjoyed the pool and even squeezed in some golf at the nearby L E Ramey Golf Course. The fitness center was a bonus too. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

One hiccup we faced was a broken toilet in one of our rooms. It left us requesting maintenance, a bit of a hassle in the middle of our fun.

This hotel was a commendable fit for a weekend trip in Kingsville with great value-to-price ratio. The staff was really helpful in locating my forgotten item after checking out. Make sure to check if the AC works well in your room.

Family with children will find it decent

The pool looked clean and inviting, even if the water was cold which I guess is mostly just the weather messing with the vibe. Caught some good sleep on those comfy beds, not too hard or soft, just right for some rest.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still, I managed to make it work.

Check-in at this hotel was quick, which I appreciated after a long drive. The room felt spacious with a large bed and had a fridge and microwave combo that came in handy. The air conditioner worked well, keeping the room cool despite the Texas heat. A few things could definitely use some attention. The shower water pressure was low. Insects spotted in the restroom were concerning, and the sink didn't drain all that well. I also noticed no ironing board, which would have been useful for my clothes. The breakfast area looked busy, and I opted to skip it after seeing the limited options.
